Bellydance with Amber

Come learn the basics of Bellydance!!
Amber’s classes start with a fun bollywood/jazz warmup, followed by a nice grounding stretch to ease our bodies into the isolations that make up this mesmerizing dance.
From hip circles to figure 8’s…shimmies and more, we break down the basics adding layering for more of a challenge if we want😀
Bellydance is a low impact, full body workout. A great exercise for both the body and the mind.
