SC Streamkeepers Native Plantathon at Local Creeks

We have been removing invasive plants from the riparian areas beside Roberts Creek, Chapman Creek, Malcolm Creek and Charman Creek. The SCRD has given us a grant to purchase native plants, so now we want to plant all 100+ of them in the areas we have cleared of invasive in the creeks riparian zones!
This event will be at 3 creeks – please meet us at one of the following locations:
MALCOLM CREEK – foot of Metcalfe Road beside Beach Access sign in Roberts Creek.(off Lower Road).
CHARMAN CREEK – Marina Place, 696 Truman Road in Gibsons. Meet in front of the Common Building (beside postbox).
CHAPMAN CREEK – Brookman Park (beside Hwy 101/Chapman Creek bridge in Sechelt – near Davis Bay.)
Please wear solid waterproof boots and bring a shovel!
