Our Youth Mindfulness program YMind, is starting up again soon, on April 6th! This is a free program funded by the YMCA and the SCCSS. We have all felt the stress of the times we are living in, and our youth are no exception. We have run two successful programs now, offering youth a chance to learn about the benefits of mindfulness for mental health and wellbeing.
This interactive program for teens aged 12-18 will meet online on Zoom for 7 weeks on Tuesdays. Please contact me, or Adriana here if you have any questions at all or would like to know how to sign up.
