Showcasing the Fibre Arts – basketry, fibre, paper, textiles and wood, created by local, national and international artists in a series of exhibits from April to October.
Take a class in the workshop which provides educational opportunities in different mediums and techniques from Beginner to Master Courses led by professional artists.
The FibreWorks SHOP showcases local artists on a global scale featuring techniques such as sculptured felt, wood turning, original wearables, home décor, unique hand-made cards & journals.
Delight in the colour & texture of the Studio, providing an opportunity to purchase hand dyed fibres for spinning or felting, hand dyed & hand spun yarn and finished items from local artists. Community-based social & educational gatherings are hosted at the Studio are our Slow Sundays and monthly Spin In.
Spinning, weaving, dyeing, basket making, woodworking, papermaking, quilting – all in a beautiful 28’ yurt! North of Madeira Park.
