The Shortcut is a food truck focusing on local ingredients and suppliers. Chef Ryan Downey wanted to create a menu that reads like a tourism board for the Sunshine Coast, highlighting the amazing products being grown and made here. Partnered with The Gibsons Farm and many local producers, The Shortcut has become a local favourite for high quality meals. At the outdoor grill you can watch as your food is made right in front of you and the chef is always around to chat about the methods and ingredients being used. In fact, you may have a hard time getting him to stop talking about it.
