to Oct 31st. Charles Keillor’s art focuses on coastal life and landscape, often with an urban, industrial, or commercial component. Since moving from the Lower Mainland to Vancouver Island, Keillor’s vision has expanded to include modes of transportation and their continuous connection to infrastructure, architecture, the economy, lifestyle, and the environment. to Oct 31st. In 2009, Robert Keziere captured the extraordinary Gambier Island machine room of artist Geoffrey Smedley with an 8”x10” Deardorff view camera. The photographs depict Smedley’s assemblage of 19th- and 20th-century machines and tools used for the creation of his uniquely mechanical sculptures. Since the 1970s, Robert Keziere has maintained an artistic photographic practice while also documenting art and exhibitions.
