Hatha Yoga with Carole Logtenberg

This class guides students through a variety of Hatha Yoga postures. Stretch and relax tight muscles, focus on balance while transitioning from posture to posture, strengthen core, and improve concentration. This class is great for beginners and can also be challenging for the experienced yogi.

YMind Teen Mindfulness Group

to May 18. This is a free program funded by the YMCA and the SCCSS. We have all felt the stress of the times we are living in, and our youth are no exception. We have run two successful programs now, offering youth a chance to learn about the benefits of mindfulness for mental health and wellbeing.
This interactive program for teens aged 12-18 will meet online on Zoom for 7 weeks on Tuesdays. Please contact me, or Adriana here if you have any questions at all or would like to know how to sign up.
