Creative Dreamwork Classes – CANCELLED

Connect with your dreams through creative exploration. In this meditative yet playful class you will work with whole dreams, fragments or a single image you remember through mindfulness, active imagination, creative journalling and visual art. You will gain a new understanding of the guidance these night-time images provide and decipher the messages your subconscious self is communicating to you. Linda Gilkeson can harvest something fresh from her garden every day of the year! How does she do it? It starts with the planning. It’s hard to imagine planting for winter when it’s still spring, but that’s when it starts. Learn how to manage your garden to maximize production and to grow fresh food all year long. No pre-registration required, admission by donation (suggested $15).

SongShine – POSTPONED

Tuesdays to June 2, 2020. We offer an immersive, holistic and fun program that is based on the leading edge science of neuroplasticity and the brain’s ability to reorganize and change itself! By stimulating alternative brain pathways singing and music fortify both the singing and speaking voice. SongShine engages participants in a music therapy-based singing intervention that can significantly improve voice, respiratory control, and swallowing, while enhancing the quality of life for people that struggle with vocal atrophy due to aging, or any neurological challenges like Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, MS, CMT etc.

Reiki Level One Certification

Join Kym Chi for a day long journey to learn about all about Reiki and how to perform self treatments.

Sound Journey at Yoga by the Sea

This is an event to lie down comfortably on a mat with a
warm blanket and relax into the sound frequencies.

PR – Best Final Months Vision Class

Mondays Feb 3 – Mar 16. This program is for all ages, from young to senior.
You will learn not only how to plan for your end of life, but more importantly, how to live fully for today!
In these inter/non-denominational classes, we will work through the 5 domains of life (physical, emotional, spiritual, life legacy and after death care), one domain at a time, in a safe, caring environment, and will complete your very own beautiful vision map that can be revisited and adjusted accordingly in the years to come.

Writing from the Body

We will practice mindfulness to descend into the body and write from a deep and connected place. Through play, enticing prompts and visual imagery we will discover new doorways into imagination and memory. These techniques enable us to break through creative blocks, bypass the inner critic and retrieve stories held in the body.
